0656 Daily Easy English Lesson PODCAST—I have a condition

I was hiking yesterday and I met a guy on the trail. As we chatted, I offered him a Christmas cookie! He was very happy and said, "Sure! But, it doesn't have any nuts, does it?"
I told him it had almonds. He was suddenly disappointed and said, "Oh, darn. I'd love to have one, but I have a c..." And that is today's expression!
