SOME people NEED freedom, others create TOO MANY problems with freedom! What type of person are you? Me...I'm a combination. With no freedom I go crazy and get in trouble...with too much freedom my productivity can actually be low. I need a balance. So, since I work from home, I do my best to maintain a strict schedule of working hours--but I do give myself a little freedom!

FREEDOM...we need to UPGRADE that word! And that's what I will do for you in today's podcast!
