Sometimes we hear something that is really cool or great or amazing and we want to tell our friends and family, right? BUT...sometimes that cool thing ISN'T true!! It was just a rumor~~ Then we might get embarrassed. However, today I will teach you an expression that you can use when you WANT to tell someone something amazing BUT your are not sure if it is 100% true! This is a VERY useful expression!
