Sometimes you will see a person at the office or at school or on the street who is wearing clothes or a hat or shoes or something that SEEMS to be SHOUTING AT YOU!! It is saying, "HEY! Look at me!! Look at my bright colors!!" We have a word for these types of clothes--do you have any? I do!! I'll tell you what in my podcast!
